Sabo bot is overpowered

I sticked to playing this bot only because I felt it is very resourceful.
For a while I did not play chess at all, then returned to play some games against this bot.
And it was way harder to beat it than I expected.
Way stronger than the standard 2300 bot. I was able to beat the Lasker and Finegold bots. This bot is though every time, no easy games.

I've beaten every bot 2000 and under except for Sabo. I can play 2200 bot to a draw but Sabo just destroys me. The best game I've had against him is a draw

I don’t mean any disrespect, but I find it hard to reconcile that your best rapid rating is 869 and yet you’ve managed to beat every bot 2000 and under (apart from Sabo) at least once. I know the bot ratings aren’t perfectly accurate and if you play long enough they’ll eventually blunder, but many of the 1800–2000 bots actually play quite strong. I remember watching GothamChess take on all the bots up to 2000, and even he lost a few times in the 1800–2000 range.

Did you employ some anti-bot tactic or simply played large numbers of games to hit the blunder and then convert the win?

Just don't make a mistake and you will beat him every time

sabo was definitely the toughest sub-2000 bot.

Guys it's my bot, 1927 refers my FIDE rating but my chesscom rating is 2200-2400 in the year. I generally win against my bot and time to time I draw so I don't think it is above 2200 chesscom tbh.

I think that makes sense and cool to have your input. The rating around 2200 would seem to fit bot much better.

The 2300 bot is way weaker than a chesscom 2000 rated anyone.

What does that mean

I learned 27 best moves against him with black, and he still Beats me afterwards every time. The only way I could beat him with white is by playing bad moves, then for some reason he starts playing worse moves as well. Why would you ever code a bot this way is beyond me, no 1900 on earth could ever play 27 best moves in a row

Sakura is the worst

Sardoche is really bad too. supposably 1800 but way harder than Li at 2000
