Question about a keyboard shortcut extension and Fair Play rules

I'm considering writing an open source Chrome extension that adds keyboard shortcuts for the website (for example, typing "E2E4" to move the king's pawn from E2 to E4) during games instead of moving my mouse pointer.

The extension would not calculate moves or give any kind of assistance, it would only emulate clicks on the board, the same way as if I had moved it with the mouse.

Would creating and/or distributing this kind of tool be allowed under Chess.com's rules, or would it be considered a violation?
I want to make sure I'm not doing anything against the Terms of Service or Fair Play Policy.
