Bugs ?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site and I'd like to know:

1) Why am I not receiving any prizes? (Openings, passports, etc.)

2) Why is there an error in my statistics? (It says I've won 7 games in a row, but I've won 8)

3) Why can't I start custom games? (A big red bar appears at the top of the screen and disappears immediately, before I can read the message)

4) Why have several unfinished games I started yesterday disappeared from my current games?

I was advised to play on this site because it was the best and most comprehensive, but I admit I'm hesitant to subscribe given all these bugs.

I tried contacting support, but I received a bot and no response.

I've a diamond subscription and cancelled it for the next period due exactly these issues.

Game analyzes stuck and one have to refresh multiple times to trigger the calculation for a review.

Worst case today was when I was in a live match (30 min) and had to restart my browser, I was not able to rejoin my game and it wasn't shown anywhere. Neither I was not able to start a new one due it was telling me, that I'm already in a game. Conclusio was that this game went lost due to inactivity. So why should I spend money for such circumstances when free alternatives like lichess are available.

TL;dr: Do not subscribe, it isn't worth it since the last few months.

On 2, I believe games have to be at least 4 moves to count on stats

On 4, it's possible your opponents aborted the games.

I'm asking if there's a known issue on passports. On custom games, are you creating direct challenges or random seeks. Also, website or app?

On 2 : one of the games actually only has 2 moves
On 4 : the 5 missing games actually only had one move from me and none from the opponent
Random seeks on website. Is it because I have too many games in progress?
