I think you might be mistaken about which tournaments were non-official. The Caro cann and the 16th chess.com tourneys are official.
"More than 1 tournament" seems inconsistent

The key is that you had no active games in any non-official tournament. You currently have active games in http://www.chess.com/tournament/english-opening-1700-2499
If you were between rounds you could join another non-official tournament.
