Have you tried using "Control F5" or "Control R" to do a hard refresh on the page? That may help to finish the loading on the page.

This problem only happens when I'm attempting to connect via my AT&T laptop connect card. The chess.com "Share Page" bar at the bottom of the screen, over on the right side, never completely finishes the sign-on process (it keeps saying "Signing on. Please wait...") and so I'm unable to play live chess games or use the tactics trainer or chess mentor. It works fine when I'm at home using my broadband router. I checked my firewall settings but I can't identify any differences. Has anyone else run into a problem like this?
