I don't know how many times I've gotten a message from Support saying "Urgent-Problem with Your Email Adress" and then telling me you tried to send me an email that was rejected by my server as spam or something. I have written to you over and over about this. I have followed your instructions about my spam and firewall software; I have verified my email address with the service provider; I have verified that there is absolutely nothing wrong at my end of these transactions. I have set my account to receive no email alerts from you, so that this problem ought not to recur. It's getting really, really annoying. Kohai said she would make sure my address didn't produce these errors in the future. So, what gives? How often do I have to beg you to please stop? I don't even know what dreadful, dire things will happen to my account if I don't "fix" my email problem, which you call "urgent." Please, please stop now.
