Please don't post accusations in the forum.
Report them once, not multiple times. Reporting more than once doesn't work as far as I know..

I recently played against a cheater whose account username is [removed]. This person was verbally abusing me in chat after my blunders and telling me to go kill myself so that I could improve the world. He also made many racist comments against my nationality. However, even after reporting him multiple times, this account is still active. Chess.com's support is doing absolutely nothing to rectify this situation.
