Rapid/Blitz/Puzzle Stats not showing. Please help

My Rapid/Blitz/Puzzle Stats are not showing. Rapid/Blitz stats are not showing in web and mobile app. Puzzle stats is not showing in only mobile app. It seems that data can't be loaded. I can't understand this problem. If anyone knows this problem, please help me. Thank you.

Is that iOS? And what's the app version?

There's a known issue in some members in done stats pools on the web that staff are aware of and looking into. For example my Rapid pool has the issue.

Puzzle stats aren't showing on Mac as well not just mobile app

I use Android app. And its version is 4.6.38
