Rated puzzles hangs on Android, no points given?

I do a lot of rated slow puzzles on my phone, could be over 100 per day. Once in a while when I get the correct solution, it simply doesn't give me my points. And I can't press Next as the button is disabled. The app isn't crashed as I can press Back and return to the home screen, but I usually just close the whole app and reopen it to continue solving. If I don't close/reopen it, then sometimes the issue continues happening. But not always. This problem doesn't happen consistently, usually I can solve quite a few puzzles without it happening. But it happens often enough. By the way I have a Platinum membership and never have issues getting unlimited puzzles. I have the latest updated version of the Android app, but this problem has existed for at least a year or two, as I recall. It's annoying because it's often a puzzle that was difficult to find the correct moves, and I don't get any points for that, although it says I was correct. In those situations it seems to happen when I'm on a streak and going kind of fast through the puzzles. Not in Puzzle Rush though, just regular rated slow puzzles. I'm wondering if it's some anti-cheat measure kicking in, maybe that their system thinks I'm cheating because I'm doing well, and getting a lot of correct answers in a row quickly. But I would never want to cheat -- I just tend to have streaks where I miss several and then get several correct fast. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.

I have that happen occasionally. Haven't been able to determine what might be the root cause though.

I sent a message to support about it. Hard to imagine they aren't aware of this already, it's been an issue for so long

Being aware of it is different than being able to recreate it and track down the root cause.
