Rating drop issue on Tactics Trainer (possible system error)

Hello
I would like to report a sudden drop in my tactics rating. On October 7th, my rating was 1673, but on October 8th it suddenly fell to 1438, even though I didn’t make any mistakes or lose any puzzles that would explain such a drop.
It seems that there might be a bug or system error that caused this issue. I’m attaching a screenshot below to show the rating change.
Could you please check what happened and restore my correct rating if possible?
