Rating not changing for daily chess

I have finished 3-4 daily games in the last few weeks and my rating hasn’t changed, I’ve started these games in the normal way and there’s nothing to indicate they were unrated. Am I missing something?

/ It says " variant : standard (unrated)" on the info tab.
Ah, I can’t see that (on mobile) but I’m not sure why it would be unrated
Or I’m not sure how to reach that if it is available on mobile, sorry

If you download the pgn, it would say.
I just did it in my Android app.
But it's more important to notice those things before or during a game. I don't play daily chess often but I started a game on the Android app and I couldn't tell if the game was rated or not without going to the pgn.

I agree. I am on iOS, and I am unsure how to download the pgn, which also seems not obvious.
Same issue here on iOS. I’ve completed 7 daily games in the last week and it only registered 2 of them.
A little annoying as it would be nice to be able to view my progress in the status page of the app. I just doubled checked and there doesn’t appear to be any way to set whether the game is ranked or unranked when matching with randoms.

I just noticed that when selecting: “create challenge” instead of the large “Play” button , the “ranked game” setting was off. I have a suspicion that the new games default to whatever this setting is. Will update after the next match concludes.
UPDATE: That seems to fix the issue. Good luck y’all

To copy PGN with iOS app:
four line button > share > copy
I’m stuck at around 1150 daily rating, and i keep winning but it isnt changing my rating, so i keep playing people around 1150 and demolishing them. In my stats it still thinks Ive played 6 games but in my recent games tab I can see 18 daily games, all of which ive won. I should be around 1500 so its kind of dull playing people rated lower than myself, but I cannot get it to change. Any ideas?

Your last 7 completed games were unrated and 4 of the 7 weren't long enough to be rated on timeout; at least 4 moves have to be completed by both sides.

I have noticed my daily rating has not changed for the last 6 games. I go to the info tab of the games and see they were all unrated games. I never selected unrated or opted into an unrated game, just simply started a game normally on the mobile app. I do not even see an option to make the game rated or unrated on the mobile app. Can someone help me make sure my games are rated when starting a game?

Use the Custom option and verify that the Rated toggle is on.
I have the rated toggle on and my Elo still isn’t adjusting

When creating a seek the rated toggle has to be on. If you accept a random seek verify it's rated before accepting

I can't for the life of me find out an info link or if the game is rated or not
