rating number doesn’t change

My rating was stuck at 708 for days and now has been stuck at 709, no matter how many games a day I play. I think there is a problem.

Your rating is changing, it's just that 10|0 is rated under rapid now.
There are updates to the apps to reflect the change so you should update if you can. If you can't, then the games are rated and paired as rapid, so it is just a visual problem.
