Rating when Winning on Time...?

When you win simply because your opponent has poor time management, does that effect your rating?

I ask because I just had such an occurrence, and next to my name in the game the rating did in fact change to reflect the victory, but in my stats box, my rating did not... so no matter how I look at this, something seems weird...

as long as it is a rated game, it should affect your score as a win.

The clock is a part of the game just as much as the pieces and the board, so the result should and does influence your rating.

Hmm... then why has my rating not changed from the game?

It should be 1491, not 1476...

After you won the game on time, you then lost a game sending your rating back to 1476. :-(

 I think it's a minimum of three moves for a rating change on rated games.

That game was an unrated game. This problem was there before I finished that game... (It has now gone down though as I lost a second game)

And the game I won on time was 13 moves in, so that wasn't the issue.
