It takes a few moves for ratings to adjust in the case of a timeout, I see there were 3 but I don't know the exact number but I think it is more than 3.
Rating

I recently won a game against Mao_plah rated 1943 on time. At the time I was rated 1937 and am still on the same rating, my rating did not go up despite my win. Any help on this?
The site policy is a game that ends in a timeout is not rated if less than four moves have been played.

omg, why? That's a terrible rule, the abort button is already available to both players at the start, so why this other rule? Seems kind of unfair.

A rating is a measure of your ability to play. You did not demonstrate any.

Wait, Wait, Wait back up please? What are you guys talking about. Im confused. So if less than four moves have been played in online chess, and one dude times out, the game doesn't count?

Not for rating.

The win is counted but there is no rating adjustment on a game ended by timeout before four moves.
In this rated game warriorgame won on time vs tournamentguy.
warriorgame's archive displays the rating before the win as 1769 and after as 1769.

If fewer than four moves have been played, and one player times out, the game does not add to the winner's rating. This is because in terms of chess skill, such games are meaningless.
That said, the game will count AGAINST the loser, thier time out % will go up, their rating will drop. This is so that players cant simply time out in games to aviod playing a certain opening or something like that.

I see, much more clear now (the rule that is, still think that it should not be implemented), but thank you all nevertheless.

While the site may want the timeout loser to drop rating points, it is not working that way. Maybe it can be in the next release.
See tournamentguy's game archive. Rating remains 1694 after less than four moves timeout losses. (Note: Having won the first game shown the five game timeout floor is not in effect.)
