Ratings issue and game reinstatement

Hey y'all,
Two things: my rating that was right around 1900 until the site went down is now 1097, my old Chess960 rating until I won a game during the corrupt server part of the show. Secondly, it is my move in Chess960 although the current board features me to move and it is already checkmate.
Could these be fixed maybe?
