I have never seen anything like that or seen others post about it in the forums before.

What kind of device do you have? Are you using  mobile Chrome?

You might try clearing you browser data and cache.

Though, in doing a search, it looks like a browser issue. You may need to change the Disable WebGL flag, to enabled. Not sure how that may impact the site but should get rid of the problem

The above cut and pasted from a website.

Yeah, not sure why the site might be hooking into that. If you are not on v3, you might try and see if the problem crops up there.

Also, since you are mobile, those flags might not be available anyway.

This has been popping up here and there for me as well. Luckily I found this vid about the infamous rats webgl hit a snag problem. The trick that worked for me was to reinstall Chrome browser from scratch, and update your graphics card drivers. Started to work after I restarted Windows.

I got the same problem while playing chess in Google Chrome

Solution 1 from below site worked perfectly for me, you can also try if this can be useful for you too
