My post is very late, but the connection for most players are now secure. Live Chess 3 also comes out in less than 3 weeks maybe, if you are still getting disconnected there's not much of a solution sorry :(

I've experienced a number of continuous losses due to this problem. It says that it's trying to reconnect but doesn't reconnect within the time and ultimately I'm lossing the game. During that reconnecting time, still I can access other web sites but the game doesn't reconnect. It seems that it is not a problem within my connection .....
I'm very much convinced about this and my rating decreases gradually. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible... Thank you
