Reconnecting, forcing network reset on device

Ive finally ensured I sign out at end of each session on snyder device to avoid "another login detected". However, noe on iPad gen 1, it almost always says reconnecting, then says I must log on again. Sadly, it won't get off the spinning "reconnecting". I'm forced to reset my network connection on iPad???? This is similar to when you quit a game by force by exiting chess.com or more dramatically turning off your device. The result is next time you go to chess on your device...it seems to do the same "reconnecting", as if endlessly looking for the long ago broken session. Argh!

It is a constantly recurring event now. "reconnecting" stays on the screen yet never connects. Once again the only cure is to resetnetwork connections on my iPad. This is a terrible way to have to use the application.
