Idk why my account got disabled like i was playing 15-20 matches with my bro then he kept playing f3 g4 so everytime he played that i checkmate him with my queen at first chess.com banned his account then mine plss can any staff help me ?? It is not this account that account name is pragganandhavsmagnus pls help me

You should have received an email about the closure on the address associated with the closed account. That should have given you options. Alternatively, you can contact Support directly using the option in the menu.

That said, playing rated games against other members in your household is not allowed and playing rated rematches against players that repeatedly throw games is likely going to result in closure as well
