I bought my first diamond membership 2 years ago, It automatically renewed and I immediatly reached out to chess.com to tell them this was not on porpuse, so yeah I want my refund

It isnt tho, theyre not answering anywhere and the chat bot gives me the same generated answers over and over again

Oh yes, youre right. I didnt get a notification anywhere so I didnt notice. They took a damn long time that they even gave me free diamond for 30 days haha. Thanks for the support tho guys, also thanks to the chess.com support.
