The bot should automatically include your account information, if you're signed in, so they should be able to handle the refund process. If you haven't been contacted in a few days, reply here

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing/refund related option

They just took 124.99euros from my Bank account after the 7 day trial that I forgot about. I asked the Bot for a refund as I saw in their Forum, but it just answered by "This is how you can cancel your subscription"

I re-asked for a refund and then it took my email and username and said that I should get an email qnd that my request was sent. But I didn't get any email and it's been 5 hours now.

I at least want an automatic email that confirms my request was sent.

The tool should have mentioned a time frame to be contacted

they charged me for the membership, and I want a refund. I've already asked support for the refund, and they said it would take 1-3 buisiness days. How long does it usually take for them to refund the money after submitting the request?

It will depend on the overall ticket load but I believe it's a few business days after they officially contact you and validate the request

The thing is that i've cancelled my membership and they still say that it will expire on the 3rd of august 2026, genuinely i don't know what to do

Cancelling just cancels the renewal. If you cancel while on a trial, it prevents it from charging

Yep I know, i've just forgot to cancel it during the trial and now they've charged me 110€ for the premium membership, so I cancelled it today and i just want to know if i will be able to get a refund cuz i've already contacted the support and they've said that they're gonna reach out within 3 days. May I please get a refund, I started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I did not want it anymore and now have been charged.

You need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing/refund related option

I didn't know that the free 7 day free subscription was not until the end of the day, so I lost 60 HK dollars. Can I have my money back, please?

Hi, I just sent a request on support, I had forgotten about my annual membership, I just got charged 157, I understand that it is my fault, but its been hard these days as rent and bills are really keeping me tight on money. Im just asking for mercy, I dont even need a full refund. Is there any idea how long it would take? I know they said 1-3 days, I just sort of wanted to ask for double confirmation. Thank you
