I cancelled my member ship almost a year ago, not they automatically renewed to diamond. this site is a scam! and you cannot remove your credit card (I am going to change banks now). I wish I never knew this site. Going to Lichess

If you contact Support directly you can get that handled and refunded.

Use the Support option in the menu and be sure to choose the billing/refund related option.

I purchased a one year subscription of chess.com on a company iPad using my personal credit card. The project is ending and I will be turning in the iPad. Unfortunately for me, I used the ‘sign in with Apple ID when I logged in the first time. Is it possible to salvage this account by transferring it to my personal email? My email is ray.daniel@att.net.

Yes, they won’t respond immediately but you will get a bot.

You won't get a reply to an email; that's not used anymore. You need to use the Support tool in the menu

I also forgot to end my free trial and played 80 euros. When requesting a refund from the bot I filled the wrong email and username. Now whenever I ask again the bot says that I already requested a refund type sh. How do I speak to a real person or is there a way to fix this?

If you sent a refund request form stating the wrong username and email, I don't see how it could affect your ability to seek a refund under the correct username and email, unless there is something stored in cookies.

Perhaps you should delete your cookies, restart the browser and try again.

What is this refund form you are talking about because I tried contacting their email but they just direct me to the bots witch aren't at all helpful
