Hi i accedentally bought chess for 1 year instead of 1 month and i would like to refund it and bought for   1 month sub.  I know i have 1 month new user guarantee, i wrote them from live chat but i didn't recive any answer yet. Can anyone help me it have been 3 4 days.

Support has been inundated with tickets. Last I was aware, they had a 7-12 day backlog. They'll get to you, just may take a little more time.
