hey so 2 days ago i submitted a refund because i tried out the 1 week free trial and it ended on the 3rd, i forgot to cancel before and it was automatically set on the yearly subscription. i submitted a refund on the same day but i haven't received any confirmation through email or anything like that. i was just wondering if i was supposed to i haven't heard anything from them, i know they probably get this all the time so i don't mind waiting at all just some heads up would be nice.
You should have received an automated email confirmation of your ticket. It can then take a couple of days before you get a response from a staff member.
You should check your junk/spam folders.
