Got the above error while doing a game analysis. Thought you'd want to know. Game#58308610555

I don't think you broke anything.

Thanks, I didn't think I broke anything, I just thought the admins might want to know about this, to alert them with a possible bug.

I also encountered the same error today

Based on your screenshot, it's likely due to how many variations there are and how deep it is in those variations.

This literally happens to me every day. I think chess.com might have some throttle mechanism so their servers don't get overwhelmed. It usually goes away when I give it some time and do it again.

This just happened to me too on a checkmate. I am very sure this is an error.

chess.com devs too lazy

sarev_of_aona

I'm sure the devs are super busy, especially with managing the numbers right now.

For the record, it happens to me in this position, after I promoted to a bishop for the lols...

I find happens often with checkmate and with stalemate. not always, but a lot

MarioParty4

The website was probably lagging.

This is happening to me for literally every game every analyzed move on once a day free game review. And I think they are purposefully doing this to make us buy premium version. I just switch to lichess analysis engine which is free and never does this nonsense thing.

Electropilot

I have premium and happens to me alot. More when im using a Hotspot.

I keep getting this "There was an error classifying the move." a lot. Is this a known bug or error?

Lichessun

I think it's either because of the internet or because the pc is weak since chess.com uses stockfish
