Refund for Surprise Auto Renewal

I credit card has automatically charged $99 without warning and so I have requested a refund and after more than a week my funds have not been credited back to my bank account despite  a staff writting the refund process has been done. This auto renewal policy really has to stop.

As you've contacted Billing on this, the member of staff you first spoke with that was handling the payment refund will be replying.
