I'm getting a little antsy here, what's the ETA on a response from chess.com support nowadays? I've been asking them (the Premium Membership dep't) about a refund for the past two days and have gotten no reply.
I'm risking an undesired ~$100 expense right now simply because I didn't pay attention to my free trial expiration. I would be livid if I had to go through hoops to get that money back.
