Refund request, no reply

Hi. After trying out premium membership I wished to cancel my subscription, however I was  late to it so I got charged, I have now requested a refund over three times and I have not been contacted by chess.com on my email. I have also checked my junk mail. How long do I have to wait? Also, do I need to cancel my subscription in order to get the 30 day money back guarantee, or does it get cancelled immediately after I get refunded? Thank you for your time.

It can take a day or two to get contacted about a refund. When did you send your first request?

Open a ticket with support. Chess.com is always there to help and support their members.

If you requested a refund, staff will likely contact you before processing it, so you should get a chance to keep it.

My son wanted to get a one month subscription to try it out, but billing charged me for an entire year. We immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. He did receive an email asking if he was sure he wanted to receive a refund, we said yes. That was two weeks ago and have not heard anything more back. I have tried to contact them several different times now. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
