I accidentally forgot to unsubscribe from the free trail and now was charged $119 and I’ve done what they have said to do on support but I’ve only been replied to once asking what they can change and I said I just wanted a refund and no has reached out since and when I try and file a request again it says they will nudge them but still nothing. What do I do?

I see a note that they have received your request and issued a refund. I don't know how long it takes to actually get the funds credited.
