regarding disconnection of server

hello. I have been facing a peculiar problem. Lot of times when my opponent is playing his move there is an error message saying server disconnected and reconnecting.. with which there is an increase of atleast 10 - 15 sec of the opponents time. why does this happen and how can it be prevented?? Coz this never happens when i am playing my move
