Online Tournament or Live ?

Registration not available on any tourney.  played one today.  came in 5th and finished.  now i cant join.  this keeps happening and i dont think its fair that im being charged for this my first month.  Fix it please or refund

Once again, Ive come in 2nd place and now I cant register for next tournament and am a premium member at $7 a month with unlimited tournaments........

I found a solution. forgot to close the window of last tourney

Yes.  You need to close the window of the last tourney.  I think you also need to click on that window that says who came first second and third. 

It happens to me all the time -- I forget to close the window and I cannot register.

you need to play any live game and then rejoin the tournament..

You have to exit out of the first tourny you played in.

ok can someone help, i close all windows and it still prompts me with the results of the tournament, i close it and try tournament "registration failed" i exit window and try again .....and result of tournament pops up again, close entire website, re-enter press play live chess and the tournament results pop up again....???

issue is still not resolved but I seemed to find the problem;

close tournament popup AND the bottom right tab where it says tournament standings, right next to "chat" and "games" tab - close that! now it works
