you need to claim the draw after repetitive moves and then it is drawn, it appears in the draw box but with different writing

Be aware that a draw can be claimed after 3 repeated board positions (like FEN file) not necessarily 3 moves....
The 3 repeated board positions dond need to be sequential...

My oponenet and I repeated the same moves many times but the computer did not declare a tie. What's the problem?
