Reporting Abuse

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. I'm trying to report some particularly nasty abuse but the form doesn't seem to allow me to attach a screenshot. Trying to find a simple way to send a screenshot of what happened rather than having to write a long message but after trying different pages on here I'm having no luck. 

I assume that you couldn't attach a screenshot in a support ticket. What you could do is use http://postimage.org/ and provide a link to your image in that report.

You can email feedback@chess.com and attach the screenshots there. I've done it on a couple of occasions when people were way off the handle.

I try not to bug them and just block people, but now I'm at the limit of 200 blocks lol so not sure what to do moving forward.
