Reporting hate speech

How can I report players that publish hate speech while actively playing? Also offensive talk targeting my mother .... I am serious .. I have experienced this in my last game. Details to Chess.com officials

what you have experienced happens thousands of times a day.
not only is it a big issue it is absolutely common.
I would say most people allow no comment or chat (during a game and afterwards)- of those that are left. easily half of those are at least mildly abusive.
.... also it matters a little what you play. While there are rude players in every kind of game. they tend to favor short games. Haters gonna hate is the expression.
instead report them (in v3) by hitting the question mark and selecting "report abuse"
also. not exactly sure whether you can report a person in the middle of a game. you can block chat. that does the trick
