I have seen posts in the past with fast moving clocks on iOS, so that is why I was asking.
The system keeps track of time used per move on live, so if you have reported particular games where you have seen the issue then staff should be able to check it out. I don't know when your tickets were put in but I guess it is possble they haven't looked at it if you haven't seen a reply.

some times there are nasty players that use special engine for stealing time from opponent. here the server dont detect them and when report them nothing happend! you can find them while playing and there moves are not good as a chess machine but your time finishes very fast.
there is no problem with latency and connection. so how can avoid them?
this people play in tournaments and won like as a DREAM and server doesn't ban them... ???!!!
