Request for Turkish Language Support

Hello,

As a user who has purchased a Diamond membership, I would like to share an important piece of feedback. I am a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye. Although Turkish users are included in the target audience during the membership sales process, I was disappointed to find that there is no Turkish language support in the onboarding and training content.

For a paid service, the lack of Turkish support—especially in the introductory and onboarding videos—significantly and negatively affects the user experience. While the service is marketed to Turkish users during the sales phase, the absence of language support during service delivery creates a clear disadvantage for us.

Therefore, I kindly request that at least the onboarding and basic training videos be provided with Turkish language support (Turkish voice-over or subtitles). I believe this improvement would greatly enhance user satisfaction and strengthen trust in your brand.

I kindly ask that this feedback be taken into consideration and that I be informed regarding this matter.
