Reset account

I have been without computer some time, and I lost a lot of days of premmium, anyway I post only becouse I cant login into tournaments becouse of my lost time ratio.

I would like if its possible to reset my stats and start from the game 0 from this accouunt. Is it possible?

No. Play some games and the time-out ratio will fix itself.

Cifuentes, your present timeout percentage is  zero actually, because it is calculated only from the last 90 days.

Because your losses on time are from more than a year ago, they will no longer affect which tournaments you can play in.

So have fun playing in any tournament you like, and I wish you good games without suffering any time-outs in the future!
