Resetting Rated Training History - Bug

I have recently experienced this bug. Sometimes random I would like to reset my puzzle rating to see how fast I can get to that certain point that I was at before. This time I didn't work. I went to puzzles to do my normal stuff and wanted to reset it. Next, I clicked on my "Puzzles" on the side in my account settings. I reset it but nothing popped up that it was confirmed. I went to see if my puzzles rating was reset on the homepage but it was the same. I am thinking about contacting support but I need your ideas. Let me know in the comments for solutions. Thanks
