I noticed that whenever someone resigns a game, Chess.com doesn’t give me points as the winner. So, I decided to resign a game myself, and Chess.com deducted 67 points from my rating. Is this a bug, or is there something I need to know?

It's probably a bug unless the ones you didn't get points for were unrated.
