Resign is not possible in daily games

My club member @vonkater informed me, that he is not able to resign in his daily games though it is his turn. 

As he plays with the chess.com app and can`t report there , I am doing it here in his name.

Can you please repair this bug, this are the impacted matches he showed me by screenshot

The member likely isn't using the app, but a mobile browser that's no longer supported. If those are their screenshots, that's the browser.

If the browser isn't at least one of the following browsers it may not work.

• Chrome (Chromium) : 119

• Edge : 119

• Firefox : 128

• Safari : 17

One option would be to disable the Confirm draw/resign option.

If they are really on the app, knowing the app type and version would be useful

What happens if they rotate to landscape?

Rotate 2 landscape. Also, I think toggling certain settings? ( I can't think of which)

Hold the phone horizontally rather than vertically.

That would usually cause the browser to resize things on screen so maybe you’d then be able to access the buttons currently being hidden.

He just wrote he up-dated his browser and can resign now
