I recently posted a complaint when I was accused WRONGLY of aborting too frequntly (I had done so twice in the last month). My access to games was severely restricted. I then submitted a very strong criticism of this punitive action which appeared to have the effect of lifting the sanction.
I'm writing now as when I complained, I was promised the opportunity to discuss this sanction with someone. This promised opportunity did not transpire.
