How long does it normally take for a game result(win/loss) to show in your history? I just played one 3 mins ago and still not showing up(plater was about to lose and quit the game)

Normally, games show up right away but there have been some periods with delays being reported by multiple users recently.
No one has been able to provide an explanation.
