You’ve done what you can. I don't know how long it takes. They don't reveal much information about their processes. I don't think that reporting someone numerous times will get more attention.
Being chatty is not a red flag, in itself.
But making accusations in the forum is not allowed.
I am locking the forum because it is quite easy to identify who you were talking about.
Hello - I've reported someone numerous times to Chess.com. How long does it take them to act? For starters, the person created an account only [removed] ago, has started around [removed] games and has resigned from most of then only a few moves in. Their rating was around [removed] when I started my game, it's now down to [removed] and crashing. Secondly, they are very chatty - which is unusual, and trying to get me to go to 'telegram or discord' to 'talk more'. This person is a huge red flag.
