Have you tried Help --> Billing Issues? They'll be able to help you with your problem, although it may take a few business days, which at this time of year is a little longer than usual.

You are not the first one. This have happened to a friend and to me.I tried canceling via web, several times, and it didn't work. I was pressing canceling, and the operation look like it worked, but when I checked It didn't. Finally the other day they charged me diamond suscription for a year (which I didn't agreed to). Adobe is another company that made the same (making it difficult to cancel, selecting the year plan) and got sued for it. I'm not sure of the legality of this system.
