I was offered a free one week trial. Clicked accept and it has put me on full premium for one year. Nobody has replied via email or twitter to this issues. How can this happen. I do not want or can afford that subscription. It was a free trial offer!

No you are wrong. I cancelled immediately but it says my premium will runout 25 December 2019. It was a fake weeks trial.

Have you tried Help --> Billing Issues? They'll be able to help you with your problem, although it may take a few business days, which at this time of year is a little longer than usual.

Yes, thanks. Support have told me to do a chargeback through iOS. That’s being processed now and will take up to 30 days. This was for a ‘free weeks trial’. Not good.

I had the same issue. I’m about to file a claim with my credit card company to go after them if I don’t hear back

You are not the first one. This have happened to a friend and to me.I tried canceling via web, several times, and it didn't work. I was pressing canceling, and the operation look like it worked, but when I checked It didn't. Finally the other day they charged me diamond suscription for a year (which I didn't agreed to). Adobe is another company that made the same (making it difficult to cancel, selecting the year plan) and got sued for it. I'm not sure of the legality of this system.

They didn't ask. If i have money in my bank account, it will automatically transfer to that app. And now i dont have money for my meal
