Searching for Tournaments?

I know this does not help you search but... I am hosting my first 960 tournament. I will sent you an invite or anyone can click the link https://www.chess.com/tournament/chess-960-chaos-60-1
I will try to keep an active 960 tournament going. So... mail me if you see this post after the tournament. I will get a new one going and invite you.
Thanks for the invite -- I appreciate that! Some of the 7-day tournaments take years to finish, which is why I wanted to search for one with a 1-2 day move time and four or fewer simultaneous games.
Am I doing it wrong, or is there really no good way to find tournaments? Seems odd. I may just make one myself, but seems a waste when there are other tournaments with not enough players...

You can try to open a tournament by yourself.Gold members can create tournaments for up to 12 players.(I wish remember correctly.) This is not a very difficult thing. I think...
Ok, I created one called "Two-Day Nine Sixty Under Sixteen Hundred #1". I spelt it out to make it easier to find.
I couldn't tell how to make e.g 3 rounds of 4 players each (no max group size setting??), so I just had to set the total # of players low to avoid too many simultaneous games.
Those who want shorter time controls can try this one, those who want longer time can try AlAper's tournament linked above. We'll see how it goes!

As a gold member you are only allowed 1 round tourneys with 1 group.
Thank you for the info, Martin! ( It seems odd that it isn't conveyed anywhere I could find - not in the plan comparisons, not in the Create Tournament page, not in the Help. Only this sentence, in the FAQ: " Premium Members can run larger tournaments with more options and can run more simultaneous tournaments. " but that's not even accurate since "Premium" is any paid plan, including Gold...)
I am having a hard time finding tournaments... maybe I'm doing it wrong?
a) On the site, with a browser, there does not seem to be a way to filter tournaments by critera.
b) On the site, using Chrome (latest), the text search box at the top of the list of tournaments doesn't seem to work, e.g. searching for "960".
c) On the mobile app, Android, navigating the list of tournaments cause the app to appear within itself -- two menu frames. And, after clicking on a tornament to see details, going back takes me back to the app main screen, having to start all over.
Finally,
d) Searching this forum's subforums by having the subforum in the drop down under the Search box, just searches the entire set of forums, not just "help & support" or "tournaments" sections...
Thanks for any guidance on making it easier to find a suitable tournament :-)
