Any team match that has been set up where the simultaneous games section is set at one is not generating the second game upon completion of the first game. If this is not rectified, these matches will never be completed.
There appears to be a bug where that can happen. Staff are aware but if you have specific instances you should report them.
There were a couple reported in Club Admins and those have been reported to staff. Those are one you're one of the club admins on. If there are others, they should be reported separately.
A couple of them have been sorted out, but loads haven’t.
Those were directly reported to f staff and were manually fixed.
The developer is aware of others and working on those as well
I just tried to report another match where the second game is not generated, and “ chessica” just kept asking me totally unrelated questions and giving completely unrelated replies. Customer service is virtually nonexistent.
My two teams have a total of 17 matches where second games have not been generated…. Two of those have been sorted out.

If you fully explain the issue, you should be able to eventually get a ticket to open. You should see something like this.
That said, I know the developer looking into the issue found a number of matches with issues and was going to work on a way to fix them in a batch
