Sexual harrassment on chess.com

Please ban the account [removed -- MS] for sexual harrassment and kindly add some sexual harrassment chatbot detectors to automatically ban such accounts immediately. 
It should not be such a hard thing to implement. It completely ruins the experience for everyone involved.

There are some filters already in place but if someone does that and makes it pay the filter the please report them in their profile and not publicly.

The person has not been removed yet. Not sure why it takes so long to ban someone. If there is any filter at all, this sort of thing should have been detected. It doesn't look like there is anything in place.

Have you seen Robocop?

[removed -- MS] has still not been banned. If you can't handle the number of reports as a human admin, you should let a bot do the job.
