Shadow Banned queue?

I am trying to queue with normal default parameters and I can never get someone within my rating bracket. I typically get opponents +/- 300 higher or lower than me. I also cannot abort the game and have to play them or automatically lose. I haven't been "abort spamming" this has been occurring for probably about 100+ games.

Every time I contact chess support team, they state they will contact me within 24 hours but I never receive a response from them. This is insane.

The only penalty I've ever been given is a 24 hr chat ban which happened awhile ago and I have no chat restrictions currently. 

I can't possibly think of why this is happening.

If your abort/disconnect/abandonment rate is high, as a percentage of recently completed games, you'll have to wait between games and won't be able to abort, just play or resign.

I already stated that I haven't abandoned any games. I also haven't been disconnected from games. Even if both of those were true, doesn't explain why I am facing people out of my rating and waiting minutes to find a game.

If you have the part where you've lost the abort option, then that means your rate over your recent games is too high. Whether that was due to too many aborts, disconnects, abandonment, etc that doesn't matter.

As per the article: If your account is flagged for habitually breaking this policy, your play will be restricted, requiring you to wait 5 minutes between games (including aborted games).

The site also puts members in that situation in a pairing pool. It's very possible that seek setting are not honored when in that pool either, though I don't know that for a fact.
