Hi, I found that when I play with my Android device in chees.com, I can see my legal moves while premoving the piece. But in my iphone I cant see the legal moves while premoving, note that all setting are the same in my both phones.

Yes. They are different apps. There are undoubtedly many other differences.
And the website offers many things not available on either app.
How can they tell you legal premoves if they don't know where your opponent will move?
