signed up for membership-not working

let’s say that you created an account on chess.com via their app with your iphone and bought a membership via apple, if you then close that account or create a new account, the payment via iOS will still go to your first account.

the only way to buypass this and buy a membership on your second account, is to buy the membership via chess.com’s website. You can use chrome or safari or whatever browser you like, also after buying your membership via their website you should ask apple to refund your purchase of membership via their appstore. 

so that you don’t pay for membership on your closed/inactive  account and your new account at the same time.

If you purchased before September 1st, you're on the older plan and pricing that did not include unlimited puzzles. If you upgraded after but on one of the apps, the new pricing and features may not have been active yet, so you got the old pricing and features.

I see you have the membership so should have all the features available. If you're not seeing them, try logging out and back in.

Hmm, now you don't have the premium flair.

If you purchased through one of the apps, it applies to the account with the email tied to the app store as far as I'm aware.

It does show you have premium on this account. How did you upgrade?

If you did it through one of the app stores, make sure it didn't apply to a different account.

When that happens it's usually due to a problem with the payment method. Or the premium is on a different account.

If you contact Support using the Help option in the menu they can assist.

Purchases through the app store apply to the email address associated with the store. If that does not match this chess.com account then you'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu
